Return Process

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your device in its original box with all included cables and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Drop-off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Technical Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
